Banquet Hall Charges


Applications for the use of Royal Ipoh Club Premises shall be addressed, to Royal Ipoh Club Management Committee.
All payments due must be paid in full and in cash within 3 working days of the said application. A receipt will be issued.


The Azlan Shah Hall @ Royal Ipoh Club is a versatile Club facility available to Members who wish to hold Private Functions or Gatherings to celebrate special occasions such as Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Reunion, Festivals, Meetings or Conferences.

The Royal Ipoh Club is pleased to furnish you with the rental charges of the Azlan Shah Hall as follows:

Function – RIC Members’ and / or immediate family members* (*spouse, children and parents)

Hall A : RM 450.00
Hall A & B : RM 850.00
Hall A, B, C : RM1000.00

Function – Relatives, Friends, Guests, Reciprocal Guests*
(* RIC Members’ must book on behalf)
Hall A : RM 900.00
Hall A & B : RM 1700.00
Hall A, B, C : RM 2000.00
Club Food Surcharge – Applicable for Food from an Off-site Caterer
Hall A : RM 450.00
Hall A & B : RM 850.00
Hall A, B, C : RM1000.00
Corkage Policy – RM500.00 (Unlimited)

Refundable Security Deposit – RM1000.00 (payable upon confirmation of booking)
Please note that the booking of the Azlan Shah Hall is restricted to Royal Ipoh Club Members and Members of the Affiliated Clubs only.
